In designing our cable couplers, Patton & Cooke has made ease of installation a priority. Use of the proper tools will help ensure the maximum life and performance of the coupler. For most assembly and maintenance operations, standard tools may be used. Due to their unique design, the installation of contacts can be best accomplished with a specially designed tool.
Patton & Cooke offers a 15 kV coupler installation tool kit which includes all of the standard tools required, as well as the specialized contact installation tool for each coupler we sell. Tool provided in each kit are of the highest quality and include a durable wrap to keep the tools organized and in good condition. In addition to kits, each tool can be purchased individually.
